This is more than "ETL" (extract, transform and load). Capture project requirements, needs and expectations then capture data and intelligence on your products, customers, markets and prospects. These could be formatted, un-formatted, digital, physical, online, offline, everything. Our approach quickly becomes something called "active discovery," often collaborating on early findings within minutes of initiating a project to help re-shape the vision.

Many companies skip this phase, complete it poorly or under/over formalize the approach. Business Intelligence serves businesses. The ability to properly digest and shape information is often where projects succeed. Data governance, project management and innovation are all triggered in this phase. Ideas are gathered, plans developed, results tested. Digesting takes guts... Not every project requires six sigma project management, in fact this is where many fail. Our methodology is simple, but quite different, supported by tools that continue active discovery.
